The violence of the impact is so great that it is possible to see that the luxury car leaves the ground after the impact. After being hit, Sandero loses control, spins and is dragged for a few meters until he hits a wall.

The Porsche was driven by businessman Fernando Sastre de Andrade Filho, 24 years old. The Sandero was driven by app driver Ornaldo da Silva Viana, 52 years old, who was rescued, but died in hospital.

According to the police report, Fernando was removed from the scene by his mother, who said she would take him to a hospital due to a minor injury he allegedly had in his mouth. The police say, however, that there is no record of the businessman entering the hospital where the woman said she would take him.

Due to his departure from the scene of the accident, it was not possible to perform a breathalyzer test on the businessman.
