At least 51 people were killed and more than 206 injured on Tuesday when Russia struck a military institute in the central city of Poltava, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, in one of the deadliest attacks since the war began.
Zelensky said in a video that Russian forces struck with two ballistic missiles, damaging a building of the Military Institute of Communications.
