A video posted on social media shows the moment a bride fell into the pool during her own wedding party. The accident occurred last Sunday (14) in Limeira (SP), approximately 145 km from the capital of São Paulo.
Elisangela Gazano, 38 years old, was taken by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) to a hospital in the region, but she could not resist and died.

The images show the moment when the woman, who was wearing a lilac outfit, falls into the pool, in an apparently shallow part.
She struggles and, soon after, a man jumps into the water to help her. Other people appear to help the bride, who is pulled out.
As soon as the woman leaves the pool, she stands for a few seconds, but appears disoriented. Soon after, she falls to the floor and the guests try to revive her.
The case was registered as an accidental death at the Limeira Police Station.
Moments before the accident, Elisangela published photos of her wedding on social media. Friends made comments on the publication mourning the woman's death.
“I can’t believe she’s gone, a good, polite and loving person. Rest in peace”, published a friend of the victim. “She had a phobia of water, guys. They took it out straight away, but she went into cardiorespiratory arrest and couldn’t resist,” commented another colleague.
