A homeless resident was filmed by residents of Campo Grande (MS) “surfing” in a recycling bag during a flood after the strong storm that hit the city.

During the recording, it is possible to hear residents of the region alerting the man about the risks involved when entering the water, which formed a current.
The local Civil Defense reported that the rain caused flooding in 80 points of the city. The Fire Department recorded calls of tree falls, flooding and search and rescue of people trapped in vehicles. In all 21 occurrences were recorded.
According to the National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet), the volume of rain recorded last Tuesday (18) was 71 mm, exceeding half of the expected for the entire month of March, which is approximately 153 mm.
Authorities continue to monitor the situation and guide the population to avoid flooded areas, as rains can continue in the coming days.
