Viih Tube says Lua started receiving fatphobic attacks at 3 months old

The influencer Viih Tube 24, said her daughter, Moon 1, began suffering from fatphobic attacks on the internet at 3 months old. The statement was made in her new book, “I’m Pregnant! What Do We Do Now?” written in partnership with her husband, Eliezer, 34, and released this Monday (2).

The information that the baby was overweight was shared for the first time in the work. However, according to the influencers, the comments appeared when Lua was still “within her ideal weight”.

“I’m a very hardened person. I’ve been used to negative comments on the internet since I was a teenager and I’ve been canceled several times. So I didn’t feel anything. I was worried about Eli. I’ve never seen him so bad in my life,” she says about the attacks.

In the book, Lua’s father also tells how the waves of hate on the internet were and mentions that they started as “comments disguised as tips”, such as: “I think you should see a pediatrician” and “Don’t you think she’s too cute?”.

Eliezer says that over time, the comments began to get more cruel and the level of hatred intensified. “From chubby, she went to fat, to obese, then to sick, until someone commented: ‘It’s going to explode’. Another person said: ‘What’s the point of being born rich and being obese?’. Montages also appeared. People would take a photo of the Moon and put it in a meme, as if it were going to explode”, he recalls.

In addition to posting a video responding to the comments, the publicist says he went to court and sued 220 people. “I hired a team of five people just to print the comments on that photo. And they weren’t bots, they were real users,” he recalls, mentioning that the final straw was when the family shared a photo at the end of October, with a Halloween photo.

In addition to sharing her daughter’s eating routine, Viih also says that her firstborn returned to the growth curve at nine months and has remained that way ever since.

Written next to Eliezer the production permeates the challenges of parenthood and the arrival of their firstborn, Lua, 1. In the book, each of the influencers tells their own perspective on motherhood and fatherhood.
