Vik announces hotel in the interior of SP inspired by the brand’s luxurious Chilean property

With hotels in Uruguay and on Italy and wine tourism experiences in its own winery in Chile, the brand Vik already has a new destination for its expansion: the interior of São Paulo.

For 2024 it is planned to opening of a real estate project in Araçoiaba da Serra about 1h20 from the capital.

With investments of around US$ 100 million (approximately R$ 485 million), the brand bets on a hotel with characteristics similar to the emblematic property in the Millahue Valley, in Chile: a main building with 20 rooms , 10 bungalows It is 10 residential units .

The construction will occupy a land of five thousand hectares within a development and will also give access to a vineyard , artificial beach , golf courses , tennis courts , stables and at least three restaurants .

Uruguayan architect Marcelo Daglio, who participated in the construction of Vik Chile, will be responsible for the architectural project, which promises to incorporate Brazilian geography, flora and fauna.

According to the company, the main reason for the installation of a Vik unit here is the prominence that Brazil has in the ultra luxury market . Brazilian travelers are one of the winery’s main audiences in Chile and the hotel lands on national soil to continue the great demand of the brand’s consumers.

“Since Brazil is our main market, this hotel will allow us to advance our positioning and project an important consolidation of Vik in the Brazilian luxury segment”, says Gaston Williams CEO of Vik Chile, in a statement.

After two years of talks, the development of the project was signed in partnership with Luan Investimentos, a real estate holding company specializing in the construction of condominiums and luxury hotels.
