According to information from Tudum, Portal da Netflix, Sara Canning (“The Vampire Diaries”) will give life to former police officer Victoria, who was shot in service and now works for the State Medical Council as a researcher. Victoria goes to Virgin River to investigate the Doc clinic, but finds a friend she wouldn’t mind reviewing… or maybe even to look for something else.
Already Cody Kearsley (“Riverdale”), will interpret Durão and Atletico Clay. The type of face noted when entering a room, Clay has experience working on the rodeo circuit. He grew up in an orphanage with his younger sister, which he hasn’t seen since he was a teenager and he’s been looking for ever since.
In addition to the return of protagonists Mel (Alexandra Brenchridge) and Jack (Martin Henderson), other names like Tim Matheson, Annette O’Toole, Colin Lawrence, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Zibby Allen, Sarah Dugdale, Marco Grazzini, Kai Bradbury and Kandyse McClure are also confirmed.
According to the creator of the series, Patrick Sean Smith, in an interview with Tudum, season 7 “will explore the honeymoon phase for them while they build their lives on the farm, which can come with their own obstacles.” The platform has not yet revealed when the new episodes will be made available.
