Virginia “cleans out” her wardrobe to donate to victims of the rain in RS

The influencer Virginia Fonseca 25, made a “clean” the wardrobe her this Tuesday (7) to donate to victims of storms in Rio Grande do Sul .

She showed on social media a task force set up at home to separate what should be organized and what should not. To help with distribution, the items were separated with size and gender indications.

“Wow! AND [muita] thing, in, people?! That's because we haven't even started opening the wardrobes in the bedroom. That’s just cash,” said Virgínia.

The influencer also shared a print of a private conversation between her and an aunt in which they decided together to donate toys from the influencer's two daughters.

“We are also separating Marias' things: panties, bikinis, swimsuits, sneakers, bodysuits, rompers, dresses, robes, jackets… The party ones, we are not sending them because they won't be useful now. These are useful pieces to help children [vitimadas]”.

The influencer also shared a list of 13 items that the population of Rio Grande do Sul is most in need of right now.

The items include: water, personal hygiene items, medicines and first aid kits.

In addition to Virginia and other influencers, national artists have also mobilized to raise funds to help the state. Some international artists also started asking for help on Monday (6).

Rio Grande do Sul had almost 80% of its cities affected by storms in the last ten days, according to a report released by the state's Civil Defense on Tuesday afternoon (7).
