In order to stimulate Greek-Albanian cooperation on cross-border issues of common interest, as well as to support the local Greek business community, the Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs will pay a two-day visit to Argyrokastro from tomorrow.
The visit takes place at the invitation of the Minister of Tourism and Environment of Albania, Mirela Kumbaro, with whom Mr. Frangogiannis, in addition to the private meeting, will jointly inaugurate, on Thursday, the Trade Fair co-organized by the local Chambers of Commerce Ioannina and Argyrokastro, as well as the work of the relevant business forum.
The Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs will also visit facilities of Greek companies in the region and will have a working meeting at the Consulate General of Argyrokastro, with Greek businessmen, in order to discuss issues that concern them.
During his stay in the area, Mr. Frangogiannis will also meet with the Metropolitan of Argyrokastro Dimitrios, as well as with the mayors of Argyrokastro, Dropolis and Pogoni, and Finikea, with the governor of Argyrokastro and with the president of the Hellenic Organization , ΟΜΟΝΟΙΑ.
