The improvement of the EIP-7983 represented by BUERIN and Warszetgger is designed to increase the safety of the Ethereum and resistance to DOS atams, while simplifying the calculation of the cost of onache operations.
“If the transaction gas limit exceeds 16.77 million, then it will not get into the block and will be rejected at the formation stage.
