VK launched the VK Music music service, which united all the company’s music products: the corresponding sections of the VKontakte and Odnoklassniki social networks, a content library, recommendations and services for musicians. “VK Music” is a separate application that works on the basis of BOOM. Users have access to their media libraries in the aforementioned social networks, they can listen to music both online and offline.
A feature of the new service is advanced recommendations. VK Music offers recommendations from people and communities. Currently, there are more than 100 million unique playlists, and soon users will be able to discover new artists based on the coincidence of tastes. “VK Music” is available for free, but with advertising or by subscription without any restrictions. VK Combo subscription also includes discounts on food and taxi delivery, online cinema and educational resources. You can still listen to music on VKontakte and Odnoklassniki.
