The VKontakte team announced the launch of several special projects for Cosmonautics Day.
Among them is the space marathon in Steps with a prize fund of 1.5 million rubles. Festive projects will unite Easter eggs in the form of “portals”, users will be able to find them in various sections of the social network.
“Space Marathon” is available in the “Steps VKontakte” section. The user takes a certain number of steps in the real world and at the same time supposedly moves from planet to planet. The more steps you pass, the more new planets will be opened in the service. For completing each stage, participants will receive boxes with gifts. These can be coins for participating in the super prize draw, unique statuses, achievements in Steps, and more.
The drawing of super prizes will be held on May 12 live on the VK Video video platform. The most active participants will win certificates for purchases on Ozon, the Capsule column with Marusya, smart scales and many other gifts. Prizes will be awarded not only to the winners, but also to the brightest participants in the competition.
