Emergency Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a speech for Ukraine. The war-themed speech from the Russian president came hours after the separatist leaders of the Moscow-controlled regions announced they would hold a referendum on joining Russia.
According to the General SVR Telegram channel, doctors were called in to help Vladimir Putin before he went on camera to record his speech, as the Russian president reportedly had severe cough and chest pains. It is recalled that his televised speech, Mrwas delayed for a full 13 hours.
The General SVR Telegram channel, reportedly run by former undercover person of the Kremlin, said Putin’s speech had to be re-recorded several times because of his ill health. In fact, according to the same imgs, three key persons threatened to resign due to the president’s dramatic escalation, including Elvira Nabiullina, the head of Russia’s central bank who has kept the economy afloat amid Western sanctions.
“When President Putin prepared his speech and preparations for the taping began, then he started coughing. Several attempts to start filming were canceled due to coughing. After fourth unsuccessful attempt they were invited to videotape the sermon doctors to whom Vladimir Putin complained about chest pains” is reported on the Telegram channel. According to the same img, “the doctors recommended her postponing filming and suggested that Putin undergo tests, which he did.” It is recalled that the initial information referred to a speech by Putin on Tuesday night, but this adjourned to Wednesday morningbroadcasts the dailymail.
The author of the Telegram post also claims that “to a group of people in Putin’s inner circle, the Russian president invoked health problem in order to reschedule the taping and reconsider his decision.”
