Vladimir Putin: Why he delayed his speech for 13 hours – “Doctors were called”

Emergency Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a speech for Ukraine. The war-themed speech from the Russian president came hours after the separatist leaders of the Moscow-controlled regions announced they would hold a referendum on joining Russia.

According to the General SVR Telegram channel, doctors were called in to help Vladimir Putin before he went on camera to record his speech, as the Russian president reportedly had severe cough and chest pains. It is recalled that his televised speech, Mrwas delayed for a full 13 hours.
