About a month and a half after the accident that killed 62 people in Vinhedo (SP), the airline Voepass announced this week a change in its management team.
In a press release, the company stated that the company’s president and co-founder, José Luiz Felício Filho, will continue in the position he has held since 2004 and will assume executive leadership and direct management of operations.
Eduardo Busch, who held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will now lead the company’s legal affairs department as Legal Director. Carlos Alberto Costa, who has been with the company since June 2022, will take over as Maintenance Director.
Diego Hangai, who has been with Voepass for 13 years, takes over as Director of Operational Safety, while Raphael Limongi takes over as Director of Operations.
Eric Cônsoli, who was in charge of Maintenance, David Faria, from the Operational Safety department, and Marcel Moura, Operations director, are leaving the company.
In August, after the accident, the company announced a flight adjustment. As a result, some destinations will no longer be part of the network and will not receive flights until October 26.
