Cosina has unveiled the Voigtlander Apo-Lanthar 35mm F2 Aspherical full-frame lens, which is offered in two versions. One is equipped with a Leica M mount, and the other is equipped with a Sony E mount. In both cases, focusing and aperture control are manual. Note that the options also differ externally. The illustration shows the Leica M mount at the top and the Sony E mount at the bottom.
The lens has an apochromatic optical design, that is, spherical and chromatic aberrations in it are corrected for more than two points of the spectrum.
