Referring to the Kremlin’s plans to annex four Ukrainian regions, Volodymyr Zelensky expressed the belief that they will not have the expected results.
“Russia is not going to take new territories in Ukraine. Russia will annex the destruction it brought to the occupied territories of our country. This means that the entire Russian society will be deprived of a normal economy, a decent life and respect for any human value.”he emphasized.
“For us every day is another day that brings us closer to victory, another day that brings us closer to security and peace and reclaiming our lands. Millions of Ukrainians are fighting and working to make it happen” and hinted that his country is preparing its response to the annexation of the four regions to the Russian Federation following the “referendums” held in the previous days.
At the same time, Volodymyr Zelensky in a separate video addressed the Russians of the Caucasus, Siberia, Chechnya, Ossetia and other regions, saying: “Fight for your right to life. Take to the streets. I know how you want to live. All of you from Siberia, Chechnya, Dagestan, Ossetia don’t have to die in Russia’s dirty war against Ukraine”.
