Volodymyr Zelensky: We are preparing stronger retaliation

Its president Ukrainian, Volodymyr Zelenskyclaimed during his night speech that the Ukrainian government is studying “retaliation, stronger than those currently in force”. At the same time, he argued that ways of supplying the armed forces with more weapons and ammunition are being considered.

“I had another meeting with the General Staff today (ss. yesterday, 30/11). The main issues were the situation in the regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Kherson and Crimea, the areas where the battle front is located.”initially emphasized and continued:

“We are analyzing the movements and dispositions of the Russian invaders and are preparing retaliation. Even stronger retaliation than what is in place now”the Ukrainian leader claimed and added: “We also considered the issue of supplying our army with new equipment and ammunition”.

Volodymyr Zelensky again referred to the difficult living conditions six million people in his country who do not have electricitybut also in the mandatory blackouts as key energy infrastructures have been affected by the Russian strikes. “We are analyzing the results of the actions taken to protect our system and are now preparing new solutions”he said, noting that state and private agencies are doing everything possible to stabilize the electricity supply system in many regions of Ukraine, including the capital city of Kyiv.

He also announced that expects new aid of 360 million euros from Canadamoney that will be automatically channeled into the state budget in order to meet Ukraine’s immediate needs.

We are analyzing the intentions of the occupiers and are preparing a countermeasure – an even more powerful countermeasure than now. Energy and communication. Energy workers and utility workers, all our services are doing everything to stabilize the system and give people more energy for longer. And I want to emphasize once again: it is very important that people understand when and for what period of time they will be left without electricity. This is the responsibility of both the energy companies themselves and local authorities. People have a right to know. And to the extent that it is possible now, the predictability of life should be ensured. People see that in neighboring houses or on nearby streets, for some reason, the rules regarding light are different. And there should be justice and clarity. Glory to everyone who defends Ukraine!
