Von der Leyen letter to EU leaders on migration: Mentions return of those without right to stay

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, stressed the importance of the implementation of the EU-Turkey agreement on the migration issue, in a letter to the leaders of the EU member states, ahead of the upcoming summit in Brussels on the 16th and 17th October.
