The donors’ conference for Ukraine has raised € 10.1 billion in support of the Russian-invaded country, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in Warsaw today.

“The people finally promised 9.1 billion euros in the campaign (Stand up for Ukraine). In addition, the Commission, in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BERD), is adding another billion to the displaced in Ukraine. It’s fantastic. “So 10.1 billion euros,” said Ursula von der Leyen.

Poland today hosted a donors’ conference to help the more than 11 million people forced to flee their homes in Ukraine due to the Russian invasion and seek refuge in neighboring countries or internally displaced persons.
