“Ukrainian forces have enough ammunition and weapons at their disposal, but they need long-range weapons systems,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told Danish journalists today.
“We have enough weapons. What we do not have enough are the range weapons needed to reduce the Russian Federation’s arms advantage,” he said during an online press conference hosted by Berlingske Media, Denmark.
Four people were injured in a bomb blast in a Russian city bordering Ukraine
Four people were injured today in a bombing of a Russian city in the Bryansk region on the border with Ukraine, its governor said.
The incident took place in the town of Klinci, which is about 50 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
“Few houses were damaged and four people were injured, according to initial reports,” Governor Alexander Bogomaz said in a post on the Telegram messaging app.
Reuters was unable to verify this information from an independent source.
Residents posted videos on social media of a Russian military helicopter flying over the city after the bombing, saying power and water supply had been cut off.
Officials in Russian regions bordering Ukraine have in recent weeks reported cases, according to them, of cross-border bombings that have damaged residential buildings and injured some people.
