According to the Vazhniye Istorii (Important Histories) website, politicians and oligarchs are leaving Moscow on private planes. Specifically, the Bombardier BD-700 aircraft of Putin’s close associate Arkady Rotenberg took off from Moscow at 11:30 local time and landed in Baku, the Telegram channel reported.
