Wallpaper stickers will appear in Windows 11, there will even be a separate application for them

This month, Windows 11 will be updated with new features, but insiders have already learned about the features that Microsoft is preparing for future updates to the operating system. For example, Twitter user Albacore shared a leak that reveals several new features. Among them are stickers for the desktop.

According to the tweet, Windows 11 will get an app called “Sticker Editor” that will allow you to add stickers to wallpapers, and they will remain even if the user changes the desktop background. However, the function will not work if the background in Options is set to slideshow or if multiple monitors are connected. Perhaps this is still a limitation in the early implementation, and Microsoft will change this in the future. In any case, for fans of personalization, this is already a new level that should please them, although no one knows yet how it will all look like.

Another change worth mentioning has to do with notifications and the Focus Assist feature in Windows 11. The Focus Assist page will be renamed to simply “Focus” and this feature will have several new options. For example, you can enable or disable the focus session in the Alarms & Clock app, hide notification icons and blinking for apps on the taskbar, and turn off notifications that are sent directly to the notification center. A link will also appear on this page with information on how to set the focus time in Outlook, and the priority list will be moved to the general notification settings page.

In addition to all of the above, there will also be a new page called Sustainability in the system Settings app. It will allow you to adjust the power settings of the device in such a way as to save energy, as well as learn how to recycle the computer and evaluate its environmental friendliness.
