War in Ukraine: Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov in Mariupol

THE Mariupol is under the control of the Russian army and the Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov had just visited the city to cheer on Chechen militant troops.

According to themoscowtimes.com, Kadyrov posed with 30 soldiers, while the Russian news agency RIA Novosti published a relevant photo and claims that it was taken in Mariupol.
