The former presidents of United States of America, Bill Clinton and George G. Bush visited a Ukrainian Catholic church in Chicago to show “their solidarity with the Ukrainian people”, which is being tested by the war.
The two presidents posted the video of their visit to the Catholic Church of St. Volodymyr and St. Olga on their social media. Each of them was holding a bouquet of yellow sunflowers, the national flower of Ukraine.
“America stands with the people of Ukraine in their struggle for freedom and against oppression,” wrote Bill Clinton. “America stands in solidarity with the people of Ukraine as they fight for their freedom and their future,” the George W. Bush Presidential Center tweeted.
