The Ukrainian air force also pointed out that 35 S-300 missiles were launched against the provinces of Kharkiv and Zaporizhia, which cannot be intercepted by the Ukrainian air defense.
Officials have called for an emergency power cut across the country after the strikes against infrastructure.
