Meanwhile, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba today called for more sanctions on Russia after the “barbaric”, as he called it an attack on Kharkiv (Kharkov).
“Barbaric Russian rocket attacks on the central Freedom Square and residential areas in Kharkiv. (Russian President Vladimir) Putin can not dissolve Ukraine. “He commits crimes more war crimes than rage, he kills innocent civilians,” Kuleba complained on social media.
