War in Ukraine: Kuleba fire on Germany’s policy towards Russia

Recognized that the EU accession process can be a long processhowever, insisted that Ukraine belongs to Europe and that its accession would make the Old Continent safer.

Dmitro Kuleba acknowledged that Berlin made tough decisions in the early days of the war, assuring that he understood that policy changes were not easy in Germany. For years, he said, the German political leadership relied on dialogue.

But he added that now people are seeing what he called the true face of Russia, calling on Germany to acknowledge that it was wrong and to correct its course. He warned that people should stop Russian President Vladimir Putin because otherwise Ukraine will not be the last country he targets.
