THE Ukrainian defense Minister, Oleksii Reznikovsaid yesterday Friday (12/30) that given the level of losses he has suffered in armed conflict that broke out more than ten months ago, her army of Russia it has lost much of its power and it will take at least five years to regain it.

Both countries are estimated to have suffered heavy casualties since the Russian military’s invasion of Ukrainian territory began on February 24.
