War in Ukraine – Lavrov: Progress was made in the talks in Istanbul

Ukraine and Russia continue peace talks via teleconference today, the Ukrainian president’s office said Volodymyr Zelenskyciting Ukrainian negotiator Mikhail Pontolyak.
