Its Ministry of Defense Russia addressed a new call to the Ukrainian soldiers who have been fortified in Azovstal steel plant of Mariupol to lay down their arms tomorrow Wednesday.

Russian troops will maintain a ceasefire in the area around Azovstal while the proposal is in forcestarting at 2 noon on April 20, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
Earlier, according to Ukrainian presidential adviser Mikhail Pontoliak, Russia hit the vast Azovstal steel plant, one of the last pockets of resistance in Mariupol, with bunker-buster bombs.
“People are watching the killing of children online and remain silent,” Pontoliak wrote on Twitter.
On Monday, the Mariupol city council said more than 1,000 civilians had taken refuge in the basement, under the factory.
Russia denies targeting civilians, and Russia’s Interfax news agency reported that about 120 civilians who had taken refuge in Azofstal, a besieged Ukrainian port city, had left the steel plant through humanitarian corridors.
