Amid escalating conflict in Ukraine, several US lawmakers are calling on Biden’s government to step up its response to Russia, specifically by suspending Russian oil imports, a move the White House has so far refused to take.

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham even went so far as to call on “someone in Russia” to assassinate President Vladimir Putin in order to offer him “good service” to his country and the rest of the world.

For his part, Mr. Zelensky claims NATO to impose a no-fly zone over his country, a red line the Biden administration is reluctant to cross, but few US lawmakers support.

So on Friday night (4/3) Volodymyr Zelensky delivered a new sermon, in which he criticized the NATO for his decision not to impose a no-fly zone over the country after invasion of Russian troops.

He described the NATO summit as “a weak summit, a confusing summit, a summit where he showed us that they have not understood all the battle we are fighting for freedom and that it should be Europe’s priority.”

He put the Member States before their responsibilities and pointed out their moral instigation in the murders of innocent civilians that will follow from now on: “All the people who will be killed from now on will die because of youbecause of your weakness and because you are not united “.
