War in Ukraine: Putin could threaten Europe’s security, says Boris Johnson

The spokeswoman stressed that Downing Street would request the convening of an emergency UN Security Council in the coming hours as the United Kingdom seeks to address the issue of the nuclear plant “directly with Moscow”.

Zelensky had earlier accused Russia of wanting a new Chernobyl, and in addition to Boris Johnson, had spoken to US President Joe Biden about the issue.
