War in Ukraine: Reports of mosque bombing in Mariupol – Hosted 80 civilians

THE war in Ukraine continues for 17 days, with pressure from Russian forces steadily intensifying, with reports of several attacks, even in areas where there are civilians.

According to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, a mosque hosting civilians, including Turks, was bombed in Mariupolwhere thousands of people have been besieged for days.

“The mosque of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent and his wife Roxelana in Mariupol was bombed by the Russian invaders”the ministry said in a Twitter message.

“More than 80 adults and children are hosted there, including Turkish citizens”without specifying when the bombing took place.
