War in Ukraine: “Russia hits civilian targets for tactical reasons”

THE Russia continues to hit civilian targets in Ukraine, such as residential buildings and transport hubs, in an effort to weaken the country’s determination. This is supported, at least, by its Ministry of Defense Of Britain.
