It is recalled that the Russian telecommunications authority Roskomnadzor has decided to restrict access to Instagram for residents of Russia, as it considers that there is propaganda for war in Ukraine.
According to Reuters, Russia has accused the popular social media of propagating violence against Russian soldiers in connection with their involvement in Ukraine.
