War in Ukraine: Russian SMS to mayors Mykolayev – Izium to hand over cities

The Russians allegedly sent SMS on the mobile phone of the mayors of the districts Mikolayev and Izium, to hand over the citiesreported the report of the OPEN news bulletin.
