“We have delivered generators and spare parts and allies are helping to rebuild damaged infrastructure,” Stoltenberg told reporters ahead of a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Bucharest, adding that the meeting would serve as a platform to increase Western aid to rebuild energy infrastructure of Ukraine.
“The deliberate attacks against essential services – of heating, light, water, gas – have a goal to cause as much suffering as possible to Ukrainian civilians in an attempt to break their commitment, their unity in the fight against the Russian invasion” Stoltenberg also stated upon his arrival for the meeting of NATO foreign ministers.
