War in Ukraine: The FSB is likely to betray Putin

The danger of a movement against him Ρώσου chairman Vladimir Putin increases every week that the war in Ukraine continues, claims one of the most wanted journalists in Russia, who even before the invasion stated that he has open communication with an agent – informant within the FSBof the Kremlin Security Service.

Vladimir Osetskin, who is wanted in Russia, has published 11 letters sent to him by an official within the FSB. The letters, among other things, show the strong dissatisfaction of the executives of the service regarding the invasion, according to publications of the English newspaper The Times and Italian «La Repubblica».

Osetsky told The Times that the risk the agents took by talking to him was a sign of their anger at Putin. who allegedly blamed them for failing to dethrone Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the Kiev government.

Much of the discontent, Osetsky said, stems from the impact of economic sanctions imposed by the West and its Pacific allies on Russia. Their impact clearly affects the FSB agents who, as the wanted journalist pointed out: “They will no longer be able to go on holiday to their villas in Italy and go with their children to Disneyland in Paris”.

Osetsky, who has lived in France since 2015, said: “For 20 years Putin has been building stability in Russia. FSB employees, police officers and generally everyone in the system have had the opportunity to live a very good life, but now it’s all over.. They recognize, then, that this war is devastating to the economy and to humanity. They do not want to go back to the Soviet era and are willing to change the system if necessary. For each week, for each month that the war continues, the likelihood of an uprising of those in the Security Service increases.».
