The humanitarian crisis is growing while we are in its 13th day war in Ukrainewith civilians trying to flee cities pounded by the Russian army. Moscow announced a ceasefire on Tuesday morning (8/3) in various locations and the opening of humanitarian corridors, after the third round of negotiations between Kiev and Moscow on Monday (7/3).
Videos released by the city of Irpin show civilians trying to leave the city with little things in their hands over the weekend as fighting continued. In fact, in a video published by the New York Times, shows the shocking moment when a shell falls on residents.

In another video from the same city, with very harsh images, civilians came under fire, resulting in the death of three members of a family, including children.
