THE third round of negotiations between Kiev and Moscow was completed, according to the Russian embassy in Minsk, Reuters reports, with information from TASS.
According to Reuters, a Ukrainian negotiator said that talks with Russia led to little progress on humanitarian corridors. He also said that the discussions did not lead to any result that could improve the situation.
According to Twitter, the Ukrainian negotiator and adviser to the Ukrainian presidency, Mikhail Pontoliak, continued intensive consultations on the basic political framework of the regulations, along with the ceasefire and security guarantees.

A Russian negotiator has told Reuters that a fourth round of talks will soon be held in Belarus. He said “we should not have any illusions that the next negotiations will bring a final result”.
