War in Ukraine: UN denounces use of cluster bombs by Russians

“Reliable reports” for several cases where Russian forces used cluster munitions in residential areas in Ukraine has been received by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. As he reminded, the indiscriminate use of such weapons could be tantamount to a war crime.
