A little earlier, the mayor of Bouka, Anatoly Fedorukcalled on the displaced city residents not to return to their homes yet, as in the area they continue to there are mines.
Speaking on the national television network, Fedoruk said that almost 3,700 citizens remained in Bouka throughout the occupation by Russian troops, who are accused of committing atrocities there.
The Kremlin denies the allegations. Russia denies that it is targeting civilians in general and claims that the deaths in Bhutan, in particular, is a “monstrous forgery” organized by the West.
The city is located on the outskirts of Kiev completely recaptured by the Ukrainian forces, shortly after it was abandoned by the Russians, who, as everything shows, redeploy their forces, focusing on the eastern front.
Before the war, Bouka had a population of about 37,000 residents, according to the State Statistics Service.
