Warsaw’s plan in front of Russia’s fear

Polish President Andrei Dunda today proposed the registration of a proportion of defense spending at least 4% of GDP in the country’s constitution, while Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that every adult man in the country will receive military training, while supporting his retirement Poland in the context of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
