Was the former Ferragnez house Villa Matilda bought by Rihanna? Fedez’s (elusive) answer

A “jewel” overlooking the waters of Lake Como, an international diva and a halo of mystery. Villa Matilda, the luxurious residence that was Ferragnez’s love nestcould really change the owner. And it would not be any buyer.

After a first denial circulated months ago, the spotlight is now rekindled on a new indiscretion: Rihanna would be interested in the purchase of Villa Matilda, the residence of Pognana Lario Purchased in 2023 by the former social couple in Italy, but formally headed to Fedez.

According to rumors, the pop star would have set its eyes on what, for many, is one of the most fascinating houses in Lario. On the other hand, the charm of the lake has already conquered many international stars, such as George Clooney.

A dream house: bright interiors of 400 square meters distributed on two levels, a garden of a thousand square meters, a depths, a private darsena with custom -made boat and a panoramic swimming pool that merges with the horizon of the lake. A corner of paradise, as Chiara Ferragni called him When, in summer 2023, he presented the villa to his followers as “Our Dream”. After the end of the wedding between Fedez and the entrepreneur, the villa was put up for sale.

And now the new protagonist of the story enters the scene: Rihanna. The news was launched by TV Expansion: Is she really the mysterious buyer of the villa? The official sources, however, do not unbalance themselves. Indeed, a sober, but also enigmatic but also enigmatic response arrives by Fedez’s entourage: “There is no news.” No confirmation, but not even a real denial. That the negotiations are underway, away from the spotlight?

In the past, there had been talk of a rich English entrepreneur ready to conclude the deal. Even then, the rumors were reduced by Fedez’s family: Annamaria Berrinzaghi, the rapper’s mother, had invited journalists to “better verify the sources”, reiterating that the villa was yes on the market, but still without a definitive buyer.

But the doubt remains: is the absence of novelty really a denial? Or just a strategic break before the official announcement?
