Washington is working to open a sea corridor for aid to Gaza

The USA will redouble their efforts to open a sea lane to Gauzein order to deliver “let's hope for large quantities' of humanitarian aid by seaWhite House spokesman John Kirby said today.

A sea corridor would be the culmination of efforts to expand aid delivery by land and Washington “will continue to press Israel to facilitate the entry of more trucks and open more routes” to GazaKirby said during the press briefing.

Israel supports the United States' plan to drop food and supplies into the Gaza Strip in the coming days. “The Israelis have attempted airstrikes themselves and support our efforts to do the same,” the spokesman stressed.
