Redmi is presenting its new products these minutes. A little later, the company will present its potential hits of the Redmi K40 series, but the first novelties of the company were the RedmiBook Pro laptops.

The series includes two models with screens with a diagonal of 15 and 14 inches, and during the presentation most of the time was devoted to the older model, which is not surprising: only it has a 3.2K screen with a frame rate of 90 Hz. The pixel density of the RedmiBook Pro 15 beats the 15-inch MacBook Pro.

The new items are built on a 35-watt Intel Core 11 generation CPU (Core i5 and Core i7), supplemented by an Nvidia GeForce MX450 dGPU with 2 GB of its own memory. The amount of RAM was 16 GB, the amount of SSD was 512 GB or 1 TB.

Laptops are made in all-metal cases, which have been processed on milling machines and numerous tests (in particular, for endurance and fall). Other features include built-in fingerprint scanners, Wi-Fi 6 adapters and a USB-C port with a Thunderbolt 4 interface, built into the power button. The older model uses a 70 Wh battery, the younger model uses a 56 Wh battery. At the same time, the RedmiBook Pro 15 is equipped with a 100W power supply, and a 65W power supply is included with the RedmiBook 14.

Pricing has already been announced: the base RedmiBook 15 with an Intel Core i5 processor is priced at $ 775, and the RedmiBook 14 starts at $ 700.
