Even with the decline of Guaíba, some streets in Porto Alegre were flooded again late this Thursday morning (23). Reports made to CNN realize that water has once again invaded Avenida Cristóvão Colombo, in the central region of the capital of Rio Grande do Sul.

Full of Guaíba
It rained again in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul in the early hours of this Thursday (23) and the level of the Guaíba River rose 14 centimeters in five hours. At 1:15 am, the measurement systems recorded 3.82 meters. At 5am the river reached its peak in the last 24 hours, measuring 3.96 meters.
In the last update until the publication of the report, the level of Guaíba had already dropped a little, reaching 3.9 meters at 7:15 am this Thursday (23).
