In the case of a 250 GB SSD, the sequential read speed reaches 4000 MB / s, the sequential write speed is 2000 MB / s, the performance on random access operations is 240,000 IOPS, on write operations – 470,000 IOPS.

In the case of a 500 GB SSD, the sequential read speed reaches 5000 MB / s, the sequential write speed is 4000 MB / s. This drive claims 460,000 IOPS for random access reads and 800,000 IOPS for writes.

The 1TB SSD claims a maximum sequential read speed of 5150 MB/s, sequential write speed of 4900 MB/s, random access read performance of 740,000 IOPS, and random access write performance of 800,000 IOPS.

Finally, the 2TB SSD, according to WD, is capable of a sequential read speed of 5150 MB / s, a sequential write speed of 4850 MB / s, and performance on random access operations it reaches 650,000 IOPS in read mode and 800,000 IOPS in recording mode.

In terms of resource, it is listed as 200, 300, 600, and 1200 TBW for a 250 GB, 500 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB drive, respectively. The drives come with a five-year warranty.

A 250GB drive is $60, a 500GB drive is $80, a 1TB drive is $130, and a 2TB drive is $270.
