Weather forecast: Southeast remains on alert for rain this Wednesday; South may have frost

The Southeast region of Brazil remains under a rain alert this Wednesday (10). A polar air mass is expected to continue acting over the center-south of the country and frost is forecast in Rio Grande do Sul.

In the central region of Brazil, the weather may remain dry in most of the region and humidity should fall below 30%, according to Climatempo.

In the Northeast, the weather is expected to become unstable again along the coast and there is a warning for storms.

Southeast region

The weather is expected to remain heavy across the state of São Paulo, south of Rio de Janeiro and southeast of Minas Gerais this Wednesday (10). There is a warning for storms in the southwest of SP.

Temperatures are expected to remain low throughout the day in these regions. In other areas of the southeast, the sun is expected to predominate and there is no forecast of rain.

South region

For the South region, the forecast is that the weather will remain cold in the three states, this Wednesday (10). Frost should occur in the western strip and in the countryside of Rio Grande do Sul.

The sun should appear amidst heavy cloud cover in the southwest of Paraná, west of Santa Catarina and in the west and south of Rio Grande do Sul, which has a warning for storms in the northeast and north of Paraná.

In other regions, the rain may arrive with light intensity and in the eastern strip of Paraná, it may drizzle.

Midwest region

This Wednesday (10), the day will be very cloudy throughout Mato Grosso do Sul with a forecast of rain in the central-southern region and a warning of storms.

In the northern part of the state and in Mato Grosso, conditions will be very cloudy, but there will be no rain.

In the remaining regions, including the north-central part of Mato Grosso, Goiás and the Federal District, the sun should predominate and there should be no rain. The dry weather should favor a drop in humidity, which will be below 30% in these areas.

Northeast Region

Rain is expected to intensify along the coastal strip of the Northeast region this Wednesday (10). Isolated rain showers are expected throughout the region throughout the day.

Between the northern coast of Bahia and the coast of Rio Grande do Norte, the forecast is for moderate to heavy rain, with occasional storms between the north of Bahia and the coast of Alagoas.

North region

The rain is expected to remain concentrated over the states of Acre, Amazonas, Roraima, northern Pará and Amapá, this Wednesday (10).
