Nothing in May, but from June weddings could return with ceremony, lunch, dinner, favors and everything else. The date, unofficial for now, is June 15. The Technical Scientific Committee should express its opinion on the rules on May 15, but there are already some advances.
GUESTS AND TRACKING
Before participating in the celebrations, guests must fill out a declaration of acknowledgment of the structure’s anti-contagion protocol, confirming the lack of contact with people positive to the virus in the previous 14 days and the absence of symptoms.
At the entrance they have to measure the temperature. Personal items left in the wardrobe must be in dedicated bags. The organizer of the wedding must keep track of the guests for 14 days. Any positivity must be reported immediately.
COVID MANAGER
The host of the event must check that the protocols are respected and in particular that gatherings are avoided. There must be a contact person for every 50 guests.
SPACES
The spaces for the ceremony must be such as to avoid gatherings with at least one meter of space between the guests. The same goes for the tables: one meter distance between the diners with the exception of cohabitants. Between the tables there must be two or two and a half meters apart. If there are no such spaces for distancing, physical barriers of separation are needed. The sanitation of the environments is necessary.
If the party can’t be done outdoors, the air exchange must always be guaranteed with doors and windows open and air recirculation must not be possible for air conditioning systems.
MASK
Everyone, including spouses, must wear it indoors, except when sitting at the table. Outdoors it is mandatory if it is not possible to maintain a distance of at least one meter. The staff of the room must use the mask and must carry out frequent hand hygiene.
BUFFET E MENU
Buffet is possible, but without self service. Guests cannot touch the exhibits. They can only do this if they are single-dose products. In line you have to keep the distance of one meter.
The menu must be unique exposed to the tableau marriage or individual, not one per table. Sauces, bread and breadsticks must be served directly with the use of tongs. You do not move from the tables.
MUSIC
Musical groups can play according to the rules of the music industry, therefore with distancing. One meter between them, three meters from the audience. However, it is difficult to dance as “activities and opportunities for aggregation that do not allow the maintenance of the interpersonal distance of at least one meter must be avoided”. Certainly it will not be possible to do it in the yellow area, in the white area there must be 2 square meters per person.
